These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website breadplusoutlet.com and the wholesale ordering portal accessible from it (together, the "Service"), operated by Bread Plus Outlet ("we," "us," or "our") from 16 Avenue T, Brooklyn, NY 11223. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is intended exclusively for wholesale business customers (delis, supermarkets, butcher shops, restaurants, caterers, and similar businesses purchasing for resale or commercial use). It is not a retail service. By using the Service, you represent that you are an authorized representative of a business and that you are at least 18 years old.
Wholesale accounts are issued at our discretion. We may require a credit application and trade references before approving an account. You are responsible for keeping your Log-In ID and PIN confidential and for all orders placed under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payment terms are established with each customer at account setup (e.g., COD, Net 7, Net 15, Net 30). Past-due balances may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). Returned checks incur a $35 fee. We may suspend or close any account with overdue balances.
Bakery products are perishable. Claims related to product quality or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will work in good faith to resolve any quality issue, including credit, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Returns of perishable product cannot generally be accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality.
If you provide a mobile phone number when creating your wholesale account, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Bread Plus Outlet related to your account. These include order confirmations, delivery updates, PIN reset messages, and important account notices.
SMS messages are sent on our behalf by a third-party communications provider. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

The Service, including its design, text, images, and software, is owned by Bread Plus Outlet or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bread Plus Outlet's total liability arising out of or related to the Service or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
